What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Engineer position at DCI, Inc.?
Process Sales Engineer
Build a Career Where Your Success Creates Your Future
What if every sale you closed helped build not only your customer's success—but your own future? At DCI, Inc., you're more than an employee — you become an owner.
As a 100% employee-owned company, every person at DCI shares in the success we create together through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). When the company grows, our employee-owners benefit. It's one of the many reasons talented people choose to build long-term careers here.
For more than 70 years, DCI has been a trusted manufacturer of engineered-to-order stainless steel process equipment for the food and dairy industries. From storage vessels and mix tanks to process skids, agitation systems, and complete sanitary process solutions, our equipment helps some of the world's leading manufacturers produce safe, high-quality products.
We're looking for a Process Sales Engineer to manage a multi-state territory and develop long-term relationships with food and dairy manufacturers. This is not a transactional sales role. We're seeking a consultative sales professional who understands sanitary processing systems, enjoys solving complex customer challenges, and thrives on managing long sales cycles from concept through project completion.
If you've sold capital equipment, stainless steel process systems, or fluid handling solutions into food and dairy facilities, we'd like to talk with you.
What You'll Do
As a Process Sales Engineer, you'll partner with plant engineers, process engineers, operations leaders, project managers, consulting engineers, and executive decision-makers to identify opportunities and develop customized process solutions.
