Production Supervisor – Day Shift

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing assigned manufacturing area to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality, and on-time production. This role supervises hourly union employees in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), drives daily execution against production targets, and supports continuous improvement efforts to improve safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement. The Production Supervisor serves as a front-line leader accountable for performance, coaching, employee development, and consistent application of company policies and labor agreements.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher in manufacturing, industrial technology, business, or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of manufacturing or production leadership experience, preferably in a process-driven environment.
- Prior experience supervising hourly employees in a unionized environment strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreement administration, grievance handling, attendance management, and labor relations practices preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams in safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience with production reporting, scheduling, and standard manufacturing systems or ERP/MES tools preferred.
- Ability to work overtime as required.

Salary : $80,000 - $105,000
