This is a full-time, on-site role based in Spokane, WA for a Surveying Technician - Field & Office position. The Surveying Technician will conduct surveys such as topographic and land surveys in both field and office settings. The role involves using advanced surveying equipment, analyzing survey data, assisting with ALTA surveys, and contributing to building surveying tasks. The Technician will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of survey projects and deliverables.
- Proficiency in Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying techniques
- Experience conducting ALTA Surveys and Building Surveying
- Ability to perform Field Work, including operation of surveying equipment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with relevant software and technological tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or related certification is preferred
- Previous surveying experience and knowledge of Spokane, WA region are advantageous
