Duties
- Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with friendly, professional service.
- Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with a bilingual or multilingual approach when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of guest accounts, reservations, and billing information using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
- Address guest concerns promptly and courteously, providing exceptional guest relations and resolving issues to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Monitor security cameras and conduct routine inspections of the property to ensure safety standards are upheld throughout the resort or hotel premises.
- Prepare shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts and compliance with hotel policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles, particularly in front desk or night audit functions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and guest services software.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse guests confidently.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Previous experience working at resorts or large hotels is preferred but not mandatory.
