What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor position at Comfort Suites Berlin Hotel and Conference Center?
A hotel night auditor manages the front desk during the overnight shift while performing crucial accounting duties to close out the business day. - Front Desk Operations: Handling late-night check-ins, early morning check-outs, and processing walk-in reservations.
- Guest Services: Responding to overnight requests (e.g., extra pillows or towels), addressing noise complaints, and scheduling wake-up calls.
- Property Security: Monitoring surveillance cameras and conducting regular floor walks to ensure guest safety and premise security.
- Shift Handover: Preparing detailed logs for the morning management team regarding maintenance needs, guest issues, or financial irregularities.
