Role Overview
DC Finance is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Conference Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our team in Port Chester, New York. This role focuses on selling sponsorship opportunities at our global family office conferences. This role is only relevant for Citizens/ Green Card Holders.
Sponsors typically include fund managers, venture capital firms, asset managers, private equity firms, and service providers who are looking to connect with family offices and high net worth investors.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling conference sponsorships or offering services that help investment firms gain access to high net worth individuals, family offices, or institutional investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential sponsors for DC Finance conferences
- Sell sponsorship opportunities that allow firms to present, exhibit, or network with family offices and high net worth investors
- Build relationships with fund managers, venture capital firms, private equity firms, asset managers, and related professionals
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional channels
- Schedule and lead conversations explaining the value of participating in DC Finance events
- Work closely with the internal team to manage sponsor onboarding and communication
- Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activity, and deal progress
- Consistently meet and exceed sponsorship sales targets
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in one of the following areas (Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply) :
- Conference sponsorship sales
- Fundraising or investor relations services
- Sales roles targeting fund managers, venture capital firms, asset managers, or family offices
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to clearly articulate the value of high-level networking platforms
- Comfortable conducting outreach and maintaining a high level of follow-up
- Professional demeanor suitable for interacting with senior executives and investors
- Ability to work full-time from our Port Chester, New York office
Who Should Apply
