What are the responsibilities and job description for the Drainage Systems Technician position at DBI SERVICES?
The position is responsible to perform general maintenance of the highway maintenance project assigned.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Cleans and grades ditches, drainage structures, highway road shoulders, and slopes
- Performs repair work including, but not limited to, repair of fences, sign repair, litter debris removal, and other highway maintenance activities to include emergency response
- Operates equipment such as a skid steer or mini-excavator
- Operates a chain saw
- Drives company vehicles
- Uses all equipment safely
- Performs other duties as assigned
