Responsible for the overall functioning, supervision, and direction of the Branch assigned with supervision by the District Manager as assigned in the Tampa, FL area.

- Manage Branch Overhead
- Customer Service and Communication
- Determine chemical and supply needs
- Monitor inventory control
- Fleet Management
- Manage Subcontractors
- Handle all scheduling
- Conduct pre-job meetings
- Review Contract Production
- Work to maintain or reduce costs while maintaining or increasing production.
- Make Sure We Are in Compliance with All State and Federal Laws
- Documentation / Record Keeping
- Oversee All Supervisors, Field Personnel and Administrative Staff
- Determine Personnel Needs
- Hire New Employees
- Train and Develop Employee Skills (Subordinate Development)
- Responsible for Coaching and Progressive Discipline
- Summarize All Personnel Activities and Report to District Manager
- Sales
- Meet with New Potential Customers
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- As a minimum, this position requires at least three years of management experience in the vegetation or greens industry
- Previous supervisory, budgeting, operational, facility and subordinate development experience preferred.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills, be a team player and have good communication skills.
- Experience in terrestrial and aquatic vegetation management a plus.
