What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Manager, Demand Generation position at Dazos?
Amazing opportunity to join a mission-driven software company that serves the mental health space. Dazos is the behavioral health industry’s AI-powered CRM and revenue growth platform — unifying admissions, billing intelligence and marketing into one system built for operators who want to scale. We’re growing fast, and we need a demand gen leader who can keep scaling on a great foundation.
THE ROLE
You’ll own core functions of the demand generation engine — from strategy to execution. This isn’t a “manage the agency” job. You’ll be collaborating with the Vice President of Demand Generation on audience strategy, working in Hubspot and Salesforce building campaigns, using and building AI solutions and workflows, monitoring analytics and sitting in the room with sales leadership. You’re comfortable doing the work and shaping the direction.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Execute a full-funnel demand gen strategy across channels like paid media, email, gifting and content — tied directly to pipeline and revenue, not just activity.
- Build and manage multi-channel evergreen programs for new prospects, customers and partner co-marketing programs.
- Partner with the sales organization on pipeline workflows and contribution targets
- Manage web conversion points — landing pages, CTAs, forms, and A/B tests — to turn traffic into pipeline.
- Develop full funnel content, webinars, and thought leadership that generates qualified top-of-funnel demand.
- Track, report, and optimize using HubSpot and Salesforce data — with regular performance readouts to leadership.
- Coordinate with design, copywriting, web, and outside agencies or freelancers as needed (or manage AI agents that do the same)
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Haves
- 5-7 years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
- Proven HubSpot and Salesforce proficiency — campaigns, workflows, reporting
- Data-driven — you own pipeline and revenue metrics, not just campaign stats
- Relationship building is at your core: able to build processes and strategy across departments, including executive leadership
- Comfortable moving fast in a small, tight-knit team
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in behavioral health, healthcare tech, or adjacent SaaS
- Webinar production experience — from promotion to post-event follow-up
- Fluency with AI tools and an instinct for building AI-powered workflows and systems
WHO THRIVES HERE
- You don’t wait for a 12-step approval process to launch a campaign. You move, you ship, you learn (with the appropriate checkpoints)
- You’re independent but not a silo. You manage your own time, hit deadlines, and bring people along with genuine excitement for your work.
- You own outcomes, not activities. You care about pipeline — opens and clicks are not your core performance metric.
- You’re comfortable being one of the only marketers in the room and can hold your own in a conversation with sales leadership or founders.
- You’re actively building with AI — not dabbling, actually using it to do better, faster work.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Opportunity to own and scale the pipeline engine
- Inclusive, collaborative team culture where every employee is valued.
- Fun, mission-driven work environment with real impact in mental health.
