KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and deliver impactful demos showcasing the feasibility and value of Dazos solutions in the customer’s environment, including addressing technical objections and demonstrating how Dazos provides competitive advantages
- Partner with AEs to win deals, cross-sell and upsell Dazos solutions, and set up new customers for success
- Become an expert on how Behavioral Health facilities operate and become a trusted advisor to help customers leverage Dazos solutions to improve their business
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to position Dazossolutions effectively.
- Work with sales management to drive sales through optimizing processes, training of team, and development of a culture of collaboration, learning, and success
- Answer product and technical questions
- Contribute enablement content for the sales team, including demo assets, talk tracks, and competitive notes
- Document repeatable patterns, field learnings, and best practices to strengthen our internal knowledge base
- Understand industry challenges, headwinds, and the opportunities it creates for businesses in the Healthcare customers.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote Varonis solutions and establish thought leadership.
- Serve as the lead technical product lead for Enterprise accounts throughout the sales process
- Work with our engineering and product teams to translate prospect feedback into meaningful product insights
- Leadership Opportunity
WHO YOU ARE:
- 5 to 8 years in SaaS Sales Engineering roles in early stage companies/startups helping to scale Sales Engineering & delivering revenue growth
- Salesforce.com experience and expertise
- Comfortable leading technical conversations with SMB and enterprise customers across complex sales cycles
- Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, APIs, and integrations
- Able to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Trusted, credible, and customer-oriented in high-stakes sales environments
- Comfortable managing multiple deals and stakeholders simultaneously
- Familiarity with AI-powered products, conversational AI platforms, or data-driven systems
- Someone who thrives on a busy schedule interacting with customers, partners, and internal teams
- Proven customer-facing experience to engage clients, understand their needs, and drive successful outcomes
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and continuously re-prioritize while maintaining a constant focus on participating in the sales process.
