We also promote from within and have had many promotions the last 12 months.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This is primarily an outbound prospecting role: Generate opportunities by performing B2B outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, Videos, calls, email, networking)
- Master the ability to tell the Dazos story and how we are a game changer for the various mental health organizations we support
- Conduct research and list building to identify priority prospects
- Partner closely with assigned Account Executives to develop the territory (generate opportunities, set appointments, and assist with followup)
- Acquire key prospect data from the initial conversation, the web & other sources, ensuring that clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in our CRM
- Hit & exceed monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Learn from other team members by being a part of continuing education and trainings

- 1-2 years sales-related experience
- Positive attitude and mentality
- Coachable, flexible, and self-motivated (hungry to grow)
- Diligent self-starter; someone with initiative
- Well-spoken, excellent written and verbal communications
- Enthusiastic, and persuasive personality
- Motivated with career ambitions
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Resilient, doesn’t give up easily
- Interest in the healthcare and the mental health space and/or in helping people
- Experience with LinkedIn and email sequences a plus
