130 - J-Lead - 1st Shift - L3

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with team members
• Push and pull objects
• Perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and arms
• Ability to stand, bend and twist as required
• Ability to operate a hand truck and forklift
• Use hand tools
• Understand mechanical blueprints
• Follow bill of material
• Ability to read setup sheets and perform the steps
• Experience with measurement equipment – tape measure, ruler, calipers, etc.
• Must have basic math skills – adding/subtracting/angles/fractions/etc.
• Ability to work in fast paced factory environment
• Self-starter
• Should be mechanically inclined
• Be safety oriented and follow safety rules
