Department 122 has an opening for the position of First Shift Level III Coil Wind.
Essential qualifications for this position include:
- Push and pull objects
- Perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and arms
- Able to listen for machine noises
- Able to stand for entire shift
- Use basic gauges such as micrometer, verniers
- Have basic math skills
- Should be mechanically inclined
General qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Able to communicate with others and read
- Move and position heavy objects with a hoist
- Able to stand, bend and twist as required
- Ability to operate a hand truck
- Use hand tools and grinders as required
- Understand mechanical blueprints
- Follow bill of material
- Able to read setup sheets and perform the steps
- Understand Kanban and tool room procedures
- Able to work in fast paced factory environment
- Self-starter
