- 3 years of experience in finance and reconciliation or related field
- Experience with nonprofit donor databases (Raiser’s Edge preferred in many hospital foundations).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy development office.
- Excellent communication skills and a donor centered mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
