Department Specific Job Details:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field (required)
One of the following certifications is required within one year of hire:
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
- HRCI (PHR or SPHR)
- 2 years as a HR Generalist with exposure to all functions of HR (required)
- Experience in investigations and disciplinary process (required)
- Prior experience supporting physicians or clinical professionals (preferred)
- Outpatient or ambulatory experience (preferred)
