About This Job

We're seeking a HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team to support the Corporate business unit. This is an important role that drives operational excellence through strategic workforce management, directly impacting productivity and profitability. We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Accelevation LLC, reporting to our Chief People Officer. You'll serve as the strategic link between HR and our Corporate department operations, focusing on what matters most: meeting our strategic and client objectives through smart people strategies. Your expertise will be essential in developing retention programs that reduce costly turnover, implementing performance systems that align with our talent practices, and creating cross-training initiatives that build workforce flexibility. You'll tackle complex employee relations challenges while ensuring minimal disruption, making you a trusted advisor to both leadership and frontline teams.
