Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial reports.
- Manage front desk operations during the overnight shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Monitor security cameras and perform safety checks around the property to uphold guest safety and hotel security protocols.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies, demonstrating excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and professionally.
- Prepare detailed shift reports covering financial summaries, incidents, and operational activities for management review.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems, processing payments, and maintaining guest records.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a resort or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of night audit procedures combined with excellent customer service skills.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse guest base effectively.
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest relations.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and attention to detail.
