Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly and professional interactions.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and proactive solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate reservation records, update guest profiles, and manage room assignments seamlessly.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
- Answer all incoming calls promptly using proper phone etiquette while directing calls appropriately within the hotel or resort.
- Assist with night audit procedures when scheduled, ensuring financial records are accurate and complete for overnight operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred; previous hotel experience is highly valued.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and a passion for guest relations.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests.
