We're looking for a Front Desk Agent to assist our team. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting and assisting customers, and executing administrative duties. The ideal candidate is punctual, professional, and excels at multi-tasking in an efficient manner. Responsibilities:
- Find the appropriate keys for each guest.
- Prepare a room for each guest.
- Serve customers with a smile.
- Answer phone calls and provide customer service.
- Do extra things to exceed a customer's expectations.
