Hotel Front Desk Associate
We are seeking a friendly, reliable Front Desk Associate to join our hotel team.
Schedule:
- 5 days a week
- 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (morning shift)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a professional, welcoming manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and management as needed
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred (hotel or hospitality experience a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
