The Contract Sales Representative partners with prospective and existing customers to evaluate operating environments, understand strategic and operational goals, and design customized labor and inspection service agreements that deliver measurable qualitative and quantitative results.
- Identify, target, and develop new commercial accounts within assigned markets
- Build and manage relationships with all levels of customer buying influences
- Assess customer equipment type, age, condition, and maintenance needs
- Develop, present, and close tailored scope-of-work proposals and service contracts
- Drive double-digit market share growth through disciplined sales execution
- Ensure smooth contract implementation and transition accounts out of active sales involvement approximately 90 days post-implementation
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned monthly new-contract revenue targets
- Demonstrated track record of achievement with a strong competitive drive
