Who You Are

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services that align with the organization’s operational goals and budget constraints. This role involves collaborating with internal departments to understand their procurement needs, developing relationships with suppliers, and ensuring that procurement processes are efficient and compliant with organizational policies.

What You'll Do

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to secure the best goods and services.• Analyze market trends and pricing to inform purchasing decisions.• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of products.• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast future needs.• Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities, vendor performance, and inventory status.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement strategies.• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies

What You Bring

• High School diploma or GED• Relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management• Strong negotiation and communication skills• Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions• Excellent organizational and time management skill
