Job Summary:
Essig Pools & Pavers, a 45-year-old nationally recognized & award winning, high-end luxury established pool company, is seeking a creative, motivated, dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales professional to join our fun, family-oriented team. In this role, you will have support and responsibility for generating new business opportunities throughout South Florida’s Tri-Counties; Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. The ideal candidate has a winning attitude, is self-motivated, customer-focused, sales-centric and has experience in the construction or home improvement industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales performance.
- Provide insights into market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products, services and expand professional networks.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets through effective territory management and upselling techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven outside sales experience in residential construction, home improvement/remodeling, interior/exterior design or related fields.
- Exceptional customer service, effective communication for successful interactions with clients, both verbal and written, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits and value propositions.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to additional generating leads and ability to close deals effectively.
- Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter.
- Familiarity in CRM software sales tracking activities, Google and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays and as needed.
- Bi-lingual; English/Spanish/Portuguese a big plus
