Day Air Credit Union is currently seeking a Special Services Representative. The Special Services Representative’s responsibility involves the collection of delinquent accounts of consumer, credit cards, and other loans; processing insurance claims related to death, disability, collateral protection, and other insurance coverage the credit union is able to access to offset loan losses. A high school diploma, prior customer service and/or sales experience, and the desire to help others are required for the position.
