Position Overview
As a Kitchen & Bath Sales Representative, you will guide clients through the selection process, combining sales expertise with design-oriented guidance to help them transform their spaces while achieving strong sales results.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers by providing expert guidance on kitchen and bathroom remodeling products.
- Build relationships with homeowners, designers, contractors, and architects to drive sales.
- Assist clients in selecting products aligned with their design vision and project needs.
- Prepare accurate estimates and recommendations based on space planning and style preferences.
- Process sales transactions and follow-up on customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and innovations to provide top-level service.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in home remodeling, construction, interior design, or showroom sales.
- Experience in kitchen and bath design, remodeling, architecture, or related sales is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build solid customer relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
