- Coordinate with the outsourced payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Manage payroll schedules, deductions, adjustments, and related updates.
- Review and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
- Work with Finance and Accounting to support accurate payroll reporting.
- Ensure payroll processes comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit required payroll reports.
- Coordinate with third-party providers on tax filings and year-end activities.
- Stay informed about payroll regulations and best practices.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR data management and payroll coordination.
- Hands-on experience processing payroll through ADP and working with third-party payroll providers.
- Experience with HR/payroll systems.
