- Design, develop, and optimize mechanical components and systems
- Create and review engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Support manufacturing processes by identifying opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance
- Conduct testing, analysis, and validation of designs and products
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Assist in project planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (MBA Preferred)
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes
- Experience with product design and development
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
- Familiarity with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) tools
