- Design and develop mechanical components and systems with a focus on new product development and innovation
- Create, review, and update engineering drawings, specifications, and product documentation
- Drive product development initiatives by identifying design improvements and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, production, quality, and maintenance to support product lifecycle
- Conduct testing, analysis, and validation to ensure product performance, reliability, and quality
- Troubleshoot design-related issues and implement effective engineering solutions
- Ensure all product designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (MBA Preferred)
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes
- Experience with product design and development
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
- Familiarity with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) tools
