- Set up and operate manufacturing machines according to production requirements
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment
- Load raw materials and ensure proper machine functioning during operation
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production schedules
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with CNC or automated machinery
- Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices
- Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
