Manufacturing Location: 120 South Plin Street, Bradner, Ohio 43406

This position will be responsible for mechanical design efforts related to new product development and the manufacturing process. We manufacture custom solutions for our clients. This role will develop the manufacturing plan.
Responsibilities
- Detailed understanding of modern mechanical and electrical engineering principles and practice.
- Utilizes and aids in the software used by customers to make product selections
- Responds to building project inquiries and advises potential customers' engineers on design and optimization of their HVAC systems
- Prepares technical schedules, summaries, and production schedules for factory production
- Serves as liaison with Plant Managers to: control the flow of orders and provide the Plant Managers working blueprints (through drafters) required to manufacture modified and/or customized products
- Develop manufacturing plans
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Required
- 3 years of mechanical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvements
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
