Senior Director of Business Development

Join a nationally recognized construction consulting organization as a Senior Director of Business Development in the Northeast! This remote opportunity with 50% travel offers the chance to drive growth for a uniquely diversified firm that delivers estimating, scheduling, and Owner’s Representative services all under one roof, supporting major industrial, institutional, educational, and healthcare projects across New England and beyond.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Director of Business Development position include:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with exposure to construction, architecture, engineering, or preconstruction services preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical service offerings clearly and effectively
• Proven ability to generate leads, cultivate new client relationships, and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic prospects
• Experience building relationships with architects, engineers, owners, construction managers, and other industry stakeholders
• Ability to coordinate meetings, presentations, lunch & learns, and collaborate with technical, marketing, and sales teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client visits, meetings, industry events, and conferences

Salary: $165,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
