Qualifications and responsibilities for this Controller position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management preferred
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting regulations
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, databases, and spreadsheets
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, budgets, and reports
- Monitor financial performance, including job costing and variance analysis, and provide recommendations to improve results
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, tax compliance, and sales tax filings
- Develop internal controls, collaborate with auditors and stakeholders, and support organizational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
