Heavy Civil Operations Project Manager

Are you a seasoned Heavy Civil Operations Project Manager ready to lead complex, high-profile construction projects near Augusta, GA? Qualifications and responsibilities for this Heavy Civil Operations Project Manager position include:

• 10 years of heavy civil or industrial construction experience with strong field leadership
• Manage planning, execution, and financial performance of large-scale civil construction projects
• Proven experience with mass earthwork, grading, underground utilities, equipment foundations, and structural concrete
• Direct superintendents, foremen, and crews across multiple active work fronts
• Oversee project P&L including cost tracking, forecasts, and change order management
• Maintain and update project schedules while monitoring production rates and recovery plans
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and ensure compliance across excavation, utilities, and equipment operations
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience; OSHA 30 and Sage 300 CRE experience preferred

Salary: $135,000 - $165,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
