Project Manager / Architectural Designer

With a diverse portfolio ranging from high-end renovations to multi-million-dollar new builds, you'll work directly with clients and contractors to bring beautifully detailed residential projects to life.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager / Architectural Designer position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
• 6–8 years of experience in residential architecture, including high-end custom homes, renovations, and additions
• Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Rhino and Lumion is a plus
• Ability to design and produce detailed construction documents independently
• Strong communication skills for client presentations and contractor coordination
• Comfortable managing multiple phases of a project—from design through construction documentation
• Experience working directly with GCs and clients in a collaborative studio environment
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Greater Cleveland, OH area

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
