Junior Construction Manager

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Junior Construction Manager position include:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with underground utilities and waterline construction
• Must be able to work onsite 4–5 days per week throughout the duration of the project
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, AC, and District Unifier software strongly preferred
• Assist with construction work plans, project schedules, and cost tracking from start to finish
• Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, and engineers to manage day-to-day operations
• Handle documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activities
• Support project execution with a hands-on, field-driven approach, ensuring schedule and budget adherence
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, especially with public agencies and utilities

Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
