A growing commercial construction company in Fort Lauderdale, FL is hiring a Commercial Construction Estimator / Business Development professional to join its corporate office full-time. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong commercial construction experience, especially with chain store projects, who can help drive bids, win work, and support business growth across multiple states.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Construction Estimator / Business Development position include:
- Experience with commercial construction projects from start to finish required
- Chain store project experience strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple bids due each week across different states
- Strong understanding of bidding requirements and winning commercial construction projects
- Business development experience with measurable results and detailed metrics preferred
- Must reside in South Florida and work full-time in the Fort Lauderdale corporate office
- Procore experience is ideal
- Work onsite during office hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
