Senior CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer

Senior CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer opportunity in Dothan, AL! Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer position include:

• Serve as the subject matter expert, trainer, and mentor for CNC programming, setup, and machining processes
• Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for multi-axis milling, turning, mill-turn, and Swiss machines using ESPRIT and CAD/CAM tools
• Support aerospace, defense, and aviation manufacturing with tight tolerances and high-mix, low-volume production
• Lead continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, SMED, and quality initiatives
• Interpret complex engineering drawings and ensure compliance with AS9100 and related standards
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve cycle times and manufacturability
• Assist with new equipment integration and support the expanding Machine Center of Excellence
• Train and guide programmers, machinists, and operators across shifts

Salary: $80,000 – $145,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
