In this role, you will be based in their Fort Lauderdale office where you will have the exciting opportunity to lead the preconstruction phase on large scale commercial construction projects in South Florida as well as to join a company as they look to expand further whilst keeping their family feel.
Your responsibilities will include leading preconstruction meetings, evaluating project drawings and specifications, and preparing cost estimates.
