Our client is a leader in producing lightweight, durable, and shock‑resistant protective packaging used throughout the distribution cycle. We are recruiting for a skilled Machine Operator to help maintain the quality, precision, and efficiency that define their manufacturing operations.
Job Requirements Include:
Must be available to work a 2nd and flexible to work a 3rd shift as needed.
Bilingual – Spanish is a plus.
1 year(s) of recent experience as a machine operator or forklift operator.
Must submit to and pass a drug screen.
Davis Staffing, Inc. participates in the E-verify program.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Set Up:
Use clamp truck to get roll stock and load roll stand.
Adjust nip rollers, compression table, and heat deck.
Adjust glue rollers according to specification.
Adjust slitter blades to specification.
Set machine speed.
Set up printer.
Operate:
Panel Line Machine.
Adjust speeds and air pressure accordingly to run.
Sit-down and/or clamp truck forklift.
Job Details Include:
Temp to hire.
$18.00 per hour.
Shift hours:
2nd shift: 2:45PM – 1:00AM, Monday to Friday with overtime as needed.
3rd shift: 9:00PM - 6:00AM, Monday to Friday with overtime as needed.
$18.00 per hour.
