Office Coordinator

Davis Staffing, Inc has an opportunity for an experience Office Coordinator who will manage a variety of general office activities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Responsible for: employment, personnel policy and procedures, employee records, training, benefits administration, employee relations and communication, the payroll function, and legal regulations.

Job Qualifications Include:

• Bilingual in Spanish a plus

• Excellent organizational skills

• Good PC skills

• Previous administrative support

Job Responsibilities Include;

• Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications.

• Prepare reports required by regulatory agencies.

• Prepares & attaches Packing List & Receiving documents to Customer and Vendor billing Invoices to forward to Corporate for posting & payment.

• Support HR administration at the plant level.

• Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.

Job Details Include:

• Temp to Hire

• 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

• Monday - Friday

• $22 an hour
