L.E.A.D. Program – Leadership, Engagement and Development program
Davidson Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Leadership, Engagement and Development (L.E.A.D.) program! This program is designed to teach individuals the skills necessary to succeed in the automotive industry and put them on a path towards success and future leadership.
During your time here, you will progress through various departments and gain valuable insight into our operations, processes, and customer service practices. This role will enable you to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to lead within Davidson Auto Group.
Once you learn and develop the necessary skills to lead within our organization, you’ll be eligible for a leadership position with a potential salary up to and over $100,000!
Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000/yr, based on experience and/or education
Hours: 7:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Work hands-on with existing management.
- Learn to assess customers’ needs and concerns.
- Learn how to read various reports and develop plans of action based on data.
- Learn how to build and manage a dynamic team.
- Work collaboratively with other departments.
- Learn about repair processes and products offered.
- Learn how to comfortably navigate various computer systems.
- Attend various meetings and training sessions.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Required Skills:

- High level of comfort with product presentation and sales.

- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior Automotive experience.
- Prior experience in logistics, management, sales, retail, customer service, or administrative.
