Davidson GM Dealership has immediate openings for an Express/Quick Lube Mechanic to join our busy service department!

This position is full time, Monday - Friday
Pay: $17 - $19/hr. (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Check the air pressure of tires, add water to the radiator as needed, test the battery, and replace oil and air filters.
- Perform routine oil changes.
- Complete multi-point inspection.
- Continuously learns new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay up to date with rapidly changing automotive technology.
- Keeps the advisor aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
- Occasionally assist with our pick up and delivery service.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Required Skills:
- 1 year education or experience in the Automotive field.
- Must have your own tools.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
Preferred Skills:
- Valid New York State Inspection License.
- Previous experience at any chain Automotive repair shops is a plus.
- Possess a high level of motivation and energy.
- ASE certifications.
