Ford Experienced Auto Technicians - Watertown, NY
Davidson Auto Group is currently seeking experienced Auto Technicians to join our team at our Ford dealership in Watertown, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on Ford vehicles.

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for "Ford Certified Master Technician".
Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $35.00 and $45.00 / hr. (based on work experience)
Work Week: Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Ford vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive issues
- Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's needs and recommended repairs
- Keep accurate records of all work performed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and techniques
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
Requirements:
- Transmission & EV Experience, a plus
- Ford Motor Company certification, preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
