Our Germantown dispatch location needs seasonal snow & ice removal team members. This dispatch location also services Menomonee Falls, WI.
Do you work a seasonal job? Are you looking for winter employment, extra income, or a sense of purpose? Join our professional snow and ice management team! We are seeking on-call seasonal staff to assist in our winter snow/ice removal operations from November through April. With excellent performance and reliability, you can get ahead with a potential spring job offer on our landscape maintenance or construction teams.
Equipment is provided - Hourly pay rate is based on your experience:
- Snow Shovelers and Sidewalk Equipment Crew - Premium pay $19 - $23 per hour
- Heavy Equipment Operators (Wheel/Skid Loader) - Premium pay $27 - $38 per hour
- Plow/Salt Truck Operators - Premium pay $25 - $35 per hour
Candidates must possess reliable transportation, a reliable phone (so that we can contact you!), a willing attitude, the ability to work in cold temperatures and lift up to 50 pounds. You must be at least 18 years old. Candidates must have at least one year experience driving snow plows for business and residential properties.
