Responsibilities
- Greet and assist business associates, clients, vendors, and employees, projecting a friendly and professional image at all times.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, route calls to appropriate team members, and monitor calls on hold to ensure timely responses.
- Manage and schedule conference room calendars for meetings and guests.
- Oversee office equipment such as phones, voicemail systems, copiers, and postage meters, including minor troubleshooting and coordinating service calls as needed.
- Assist Human Resources with applicant processes, including walk-in applications, employment assessments, and new hire paperwork.
- Distribute incoming mail and coordinate outgoing shipments via FedEx and UPS; pick up mail from the post office as needed.
- Support the Accounting department by processing incoming checks, tallying deposits, taking credit card payments over the phone, and assisting with accounts receivable tasks.
