Job Title: Construction Project Manager – Luxury Kitchen & Bathroom Renovations
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee high-end residential kitchen and bathroom renovation projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate has a strong construction background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to deliver a premium client experience while maintaining quality, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of luxury kitchen and bathroom renovation projects, ensuring successful execution from pre-construction through final completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear, consistent, and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely progress
- Order and track cabinetry, fixtures, finishes, and all required project materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure workmanship meets quality standards, and proactively address any issues
- Collaborate closely with designers and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are executed correctly
- Identify and resolve construction challenges efficiently while maintaining project timelines and client satisfaction
- Monitor budgets, approve invoices, and control costs without compromising quality
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, change orders, and progress reports
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on residential renovations preferred
- Strong background in construction methods, materials, and project sequencing
- Experience managing high-end or luxury renovation projects is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
