Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Coordinator based in Ripon, CA to oversee masonry construction projects from bid through closeout. This is a hands-on role working directly with clients, estimators, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate has a strong background in masonry or general construction, the ability to read and interpret plans with precision.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years in construction project coordinating: masonry experience strongly preferred.
- Education: HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with construction drawings, contracts, budgets, and scheduling tools. Procore or similar software experience a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage subcontractors.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; professional presence with clients and trade partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Background check required in compliance with California law.
Project Coordinator Duties:
Project Coordinating
- Manage all phases of masonry projects, from pre-construction through completion.
- Ensure quality craftsmanship, safety, and compliance with specifications.
Estimating & Pre-Construction
- Prepare and review estimates, bid proposals, and scope clarifications.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Work with architects, engineers, and inspectors to maintain code and spec compliance.
Documentation & Controls
- Create submittal packages
- Upload critical project data and plans into Procore
- Order and manage material orders throughout the project.
- Manage RFIs and corresponding submittal updates and changes
- Utilize project management tools (Procore, OST, Microsoft Project, Excel) to track progress and reporting.
Leadership & Teamwork
- Partner with estimators, general foreman and foremen to align resources.
- Coordinate with accounting and admin teams for billing accuracy and cost tracking.
