Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Estimating Assistant to support our project managers and estimating team. This role helps keep projects organized from award through completion by assisting with submittals, project documentation, and bid support.
This position is ideal for someone with construction office experience who is comfortable managing project paperwork and supporting multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and track submittals
- Maintain submittal logs and project documentation
- Assist project managers with project files and administrative support
- Support estimators with bid invitations and bid documentation
- Track vendor and supplier information
- Assist with documentation and project paperwork
- Organize and maintain project folders and records
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams as needed
Qualifications
- Construction office or project support experience preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with HCSS software is a plus
- Experience with Bluebeam or construction document management software is a plus

Full-time | Monday–Friday
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
