Full-Time | Multi-Property Hospitality

We're looking for an organized, energetic, and guest-focused Banquet Coordinator to help execute exceptional events across multiple hospitality properties. This position works closely with the Sales & Event Manager to coordinate weddings, corporate meetings, banquets, and private events while ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.

Responsibilities

Coordinate banquet events from setup through breakdown.

Serve as the primary point of contact during events.

Lead and support banquet staff to ensure exceptional guest service.

Ensure events are executed according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO).

Coordinate with clients, vendors, culinary teams, and management.

Assist with scheduling, inventory, administrative tasks, and event logistics.

Operate basic audio/visual equipment as needed.

Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

3–5 years of banquet, catering, or event experience in a leadership role, or equivalent hospitality experience.

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as needed.
