All kitchen team members report directly to the Executive Chef and General Manager.

Position Overview

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for executing dishes with accuracy and consistency while maintaining the standards and systems set by the leadership team. Success in this role requires strong fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and proper technique

Maintain strict adherence to plating, portioning, and quality standards

Own and manage your station with organization, cleanliness, and efficiency

Perform at a high level during busy service periods while maintaining composure

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen systems

Communicate clearly and professionally with chefs and team members

Contribute to a focused, respectful, and high-performing kitchen culture

Qualifications

2 years of line cook experience in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen preferred

Strong understanding of cooking techniques, station management, and kitchen flow

Ability to work clean, organized, and with a sense of urgency

High standards for quality, consistency, and personal accountability

Professional attitude with a team-first mindset

Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak service times
