General Manager — Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing General Manager to lead one of our fast-growing, high-energy restaurant locations. Our GMs are true operators — accountable for performance, culture, and guest experience. You will be responsible for building a winning team, driving results, and elevating operational standards every day.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach your management team and staff with clarity, consistency, and positivity
- Own store performance metrics (Sales, COGS, Labor, Guest Satisfaction, Training & Retention)
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience during all dayparts and service waves
- Recruit, train, and develop high-quality team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, compliant, and brand-aligned restaurant
- Execute scheduling, inventory, staffing plans, and weekly labor targets
- Manage food safety, sanitation, and product quality standards
- Communicate effectively with regional leadership and support teams
- Solve problems quickly and drive continuous improvement
- Foster a strong, fun, and accountable team culture

We’re Looking For
- 2 years of GM or similar leadership experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)
- Strong communicator and motivator; leads from the front
- Analytical mindset — understands numbers & operational levers
- Ability to coach, delegate, and elevate people
- Organized and detail-oriented, thrives with systems and processes
- Calm under pressure and solution-driven
- High integrity, high ownership, zero ego
